Do I need to be home for the first clean?

For your first clean, we usually arrange a schedule appointment so we can assess access and ensure everything run smoothly.

Do I need to be at home during the clean?

No - as long as we have access to your property, you don't need to be home. We'll send you a message the day before your clean. Please ensure the rear access is available. We'll clean your windows and notify you once the job is done.

Yes, we do offer one-off window cleaning. As these cleans are usually more thorough and require extra time due to built-up dirt, they are priced slightly higher than our regular service. Many customers choose to continue with regular cleaning afterwards to maintain the results at a lower cost.
