Welcome to Glass Glow Window Cleaning. As a family-run business based in the UK, we are committed to providing a reliable, friendly, and high-quality service. These terms and conditions outline our commitment to you and your responsibilities as a valued customer.
1. Services
We provide professional window cleaning services using a modern pure water system. Our standard clean includes all glass, frames, sills, and doors to ensure a complete, streak-free finish every time.
2. Quotations
All quotations are specific to your property and are calculated based on size, accessibility, and current condition. Quotes provided are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
3. First Clean
For your first service, an initial clean may require additional time due to the build-up of dirt. In some cases, an adjusted price may apply. We will always inform you in advance and confirm with you before proceeding.
4. Regular Service
We offer ongoing maintenance schedules of either 4 or 8 weeks. We do not use long-term contracts; however, we ask that you fulfill at least two cleans before considering cancellation.
5. Weather Conditions
Our pure water system is designed to produce excellent results in most UK weather conditions. We will continue to work in light rain; however, we will reschedule in the event of extreme storms, high winds, or freezing temperatures.
6. Scheduling & Notifications
We aim to provide a flexible and reliable service. Customers will usually receive a notification message the day before their scheduled clean. In some cases, schedules may change due to weather or operational reasons. We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible.
7. Access to Property
To ensure a smooth service, please ensure that all gates are unlocked and paths are clear on your scheduled cleaning day. If we cannot access parts of the property, we will clean the accessible areas and charge accordingly.
8. Payments
Payment is required within 5 days of the completed clean. We accept cash, bank transfers or Direct Debit. Clear payment instructions will be provided on your invoice after each visit.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you find any issues with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
10. Liability
Glass Glow is fully insured for your peace of mind. Please note we cannot be held liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as brittle seals, cracked glass, or loose decorative plastic.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
